Step 1 - Contact is made and services are requested
Step 2 - Number Won Accountants sends out an Engagement Letter defining the services and requests information
Step 3 - The client sends in the required information
Step 4 - A conference call is scheduled and held or an email is sent out to go over the file, start the process of preparing the tax returns, and gather additional information as needed
Step 5 - Either a final draft or the final tax return package is mailed to the client for signature
Step 6 - A final telephone conference is held to review the tax return and plan for the new year's tax savings.
